It has been 2 weeks since my last weigh in ... well I did weigh myself lastweek aswell but kept it to myself. I lost 3 lbs last week and now I lost 7 lbs this week... I don't know how I did that, I have been on the go for the last few weeks and eating like mad aswell as workingout hard. I feel ok about it, alittle much for one week but if i don't feel ill about it .. I should be ok.
Total of 10 lbs and to top it all off I hit a BIG goal!
Goal lost over 100 lbs to date..... well 105 lbs to date now *DANCES*
Now I am 260 from 365, been a long road but there is still a little way to go!
Remember the light at the end of the tunnel may be you!
